Are you and your group looking for a fun Friday night activity?  Lily Siu has got you covered!

Each class is $50 each and everything is provided you, just show up alone or register a group and enjoy the time of your life!

Friday nights in the Bremer Center kitchen from 5-8:30pm.

 

Food Safety Manager Certification

This one day course is designed to prepare food service employees to meet the Illinois certification requirement.

Topics include: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more

Book will be provided. Textbook: ServSafe Manager Book, 9th Edition

Certification is required every five years
