Internal Push Hands is a traditional Tai Chi practice where you work cooperatively with a partner to develop relaxation, balance, and physical sensitivity (often called "listening"). Rather than using physical force, this method is designed to help you cultivate vitality and a strong mind-body connection. Additional benefits include improved posture, reduced stress, and an enhanced ability to concentrate and focus.

Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, Improves balance and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation.
