Chair Yoga Spring Session 5
with Glenda Brooks
Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, Improves balance and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation. 8 classes.

Tai Chi Session 3
with Daniel Hall
Daniel Hall teaches Tai Chi for the Community Education Department at DACC. He has been a martial arts practitioner for 40+ years, focusing on the internal Chinese art of Tai Chi, as well as the arts of Hsing –I and Bagua. He has studied a variety of Chi-gung and Nei-gung systems and is also a certified Clear Tai Chi™ Level 1 instructor, Clear Tai Chi™ Internal Push Hands™ Level 1 Instructor andhas completed levels 1-4 of Clear Tai Chi™ (Fa Kung) Chi Healing training. As a Kinesiotherapist at the Danville VA, Dan taught Tai chi and Nei-gung for health and for stress reduction to Veterans for several years until retiring in 2020. He taught these skills to Veterans with a wide variety of physical and mental health issues, as ways of coping with the stresses and difficulties of life.

Fused Glass Art
with Lily Siu
Glass projects featuring a multi-colored pattern achieved by fusing together variously colored canes, rods, strips, or squares of glass.
Perfect for groups.

Volleyball Camp: Grades 1-4
with Shawna Jameson
Students will work with members of the DACC Volleyball team working on fundamentals such as bumping, setting, spiking and serving. Each day camp staff will perform drillswith the students working on technique.
A volleyball will be given to each kid at the end of camp!
Students going into grades 1-4 for the fall 2026 school year.

Pottery Summer Session 1

Beginner, intermediate and advanced students are all welcome! Learn how to hand build or throw cups, bowls, & plates on the wheel. Clay and glazes provided.
