Chair Yoga Fall Session 2

Chair yoga is especially  suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities.  Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, Improves balance and  relieves stress.  The class incorporates breathing  exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation. 7 classes per session.

Brussels, Belgium is the headquarters of NATO. Belgium has been called “The Battlefield of Europe. For centuries, European powers have fought for control of the land with its prosperous port, Zeebrugge. Many of the battles of WWI and WWII were fought there. Belgium is known for its diamond industry. Luxembourg has had close political and cultural ties with Belgium throughout history. It is small and prosperous, but has seen its share of war. George Patton is buried there. In Switzerland, we will see spectacular scenery in the towns and mountains, unique castles, a memorial to Swiss guards that guard the Vatican, ride a cable car up Mount Pilatus, and see the Lindt chocolate factory.

This two day comprehensive conference will feature keynote speakers. There will be break out sessions for social workers, nursing staff, and therapists.

The cost of the conference is $30 and includes all sessions, breakfast and lunch. Coffee will also be provided through The Connection Cafe.

Join us this September for a fun Shrimp farm and Old 55 Distillery trip!

First we will head to Fowler Indiana to RDM Shrimp farm! We will learn all about how they are able to raise Shrimp in Indiana!

Then once our tour ends at the Shrimp farm we will had down to Old 55 Distillery to enjoy a tour.
