Trip - Indy 500 Museum

Join us to the The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum this museum is an automotive museum on the grounds of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana, United States, which houses the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame. It is intrinsically linked to the Indianapolis 500 and Brickyard 400, but it also includes exhibits reflecting other forms of motorsports, passenger cars, and general automotive history.
After the Museum we will plan to take a golf cart tour around the track!

Tai Chi Session 2
with Daniel Hall
Daniel Hall teaches Tai Chi for the Community Education Department at DACC. He has been a martial arts practitioner for 40+ years, focusing on the internal Chinese art of Tai Chi, as well as the arts of Hsing –I and Bagua. He has studied a variety of Chi-gung and Nei-gung systems and is also a certified Clear Tai Chi™ Level 1 instructor, Clear Tai Chi™ Internal Push Hands™ Level 1 Instructor andhas completed levels 1-4 of Clear Tai Chi™ (Fa Kung) Chi Healing training. As a Kinesiotherapist at the Danville VA, Dan taught Tai chi and Nei-gung for health and for stress reduction to Veterans for several years until retiring in 2020. He taught these skills to Veterans with a wide variety of physical and mental health issues, as ways of coping with the stresses and difficulties of life.

Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, Improves balance and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation. 8 classes.
